To help insure a quality performance, we ask that all members
try to make every rehearsal. We also understand that sometimes other
matters take precedence. Our attendance policy is that members make a
minimum of 75% of the rehearsals to be able to perform in the concert.
Please make sure you check in each week with the section leader taking
attendance. Members missing three rehearsals will be contacted to inform them
that they have missed the maximum amount and should make all the remaining
rehearsals.
Also, each member that is singing in the concert should make every attempt
to make the dress rehearsal and concert warmup the day of the concert.
